-Inspection upon Delivery: Check and confirm your order while the delivery agent is present.

-Exceptional Cases: Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 2–3 days if the item is unused, intact, and fully packaged.

-International Orders: All sales outside Egypt are final unless the product is defective or there was an error on our side.

-Shipping Costs (Egypt): Non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
